FUTURE PROSPECT
After completing its extension project, Zhujiang Steel will be able to:
Produce 2 million tons liquid steel, 1.9 million tons hot strip, including 100 thousands tons stainless steel per year.
Push its productivity up to 3300t/man.
Achieve 5 billion production value within 1 Km2.
Fill the gap of stainless steel production in South China.
Speed up adjustment structure of iron and steel industry in Guangzhou area in order to improve the products structure.
The main products: plain carbon steel, deep drawing steel, low alloy steel, container steel, vessel steel, pipe steel and stainless steel.
