LEADING LEVELS IN ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Water circulation: Circulation rate more than 98%
Atmosphere pollution: dedusting rate over 99%, dust concentration less than 20mg/Nm3, NOx concentration less than 73mg/ Nm3 , SO2 concentration less than 58mg/ Nm3.
Noise Pollution: less than 55dB(A) in daytime and 53dB(A) in night time.
Working environment: plant as garden, platform as clean, aisles as indoor and quipment as new, building a modern plant as zoology garden with green -production and friendly-environment.

Now Zhujiang Steel is carrying forward its enterprise image building strategy. COURSE OF ACHIEVING FULL PRODUCTION
Achieving monthly full production on 30th, Nov. 2000 with production of 68.3 thousand tons;
Achieving quarter full production on 20th, March, 2001 with production of 205.4 thousand tons;
Achieving half a year full production on 28th, Jun. 2001 with production of 410 thousand tons;
Achieving annual full production on 31th, Dec. 2001 with production of 820 thousand tons.

PRIDE OF GROWTH ACHIEVEMENTS
Constructing a steel plant with annual output of one million tons within 24 months;
Achieving full production within 15 months;
Rolling super-thin hot strips with 0.97mm thickness in 6 months after start-up;
setting a new record of thin-wide strip production in China.
